When can I start, and how does the karate membership work?New karate students are welcome at the beginning of each month. Everyone progresses at their own pace, so it isn't necessary to begin at the start of a session. You can choose the 4 week trial, which is done in fitness attire and bare feet. At the end of the 4 weeks, if you decide to register for the rest of the session, you will receive a free gi (uniform) and belt, valued over $50. At the end of a trial membership we can transition you by pro-rating the rest of the session. Or, skip the trial, and start right in with a full registration and the free gi. Our sessions are: Fall: 5 months from September to the end of January Spring: 5 months from February to the end of June Summer: 2 months from July to August

First "Register" for the class you'd like, and then choose "Drop In" to select the date. Studio closures: If a class is cancelled due to weather we will offer an alternative day or apply a credit. Weather advisories impacting travel will result in a studio closure. Emails are sent to advise of a closure, and if you have opted in we will also send a text alert.

What style of karate does Triple Arts teach? Our style of karate is Goju-Ryu, and we are members of the IOGKF (International Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate Federation). We are very proud to train under Sensei Colin Arnold and Miss Madelaine Massey, and under their Sensei, Tetsuji Nakamura. Traditional Okinawan karate teaches us to value some very old traditions.
